Product Quality
OverBoards are a significant upgrade to your existing baseboard radiators. Our mission is to craft the highest quality products, providing you with a lifetime of service. OverBoards are impervious to the common failure modes of existing baseboard radiators, such as rust, corrosion, and impact damage. OverBoards are distinguished by their heavy, foundry-crafted cast aluminum components. The baked-on powdercoat finish is significantly more durable than traditional paint finishes. There are no moving parts.

Fit and finish of any product created by metal casting and extrusion processes is subject to the dimensional tolerances of the process, generally +/- 0.030”/foot. These slight variances in dimension and surface finish from one component to the next are expected, and do not detract from the overall appearance and quality of the product. Our expectation is that you will be highly impressed with the quality of this product. OverBoards are made by U.S. craftsmen.

Warranty
OverBoards components are warranted for 3 years from the date of purchase. This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of parts found to be defective in material or workmanship, provided that such parts have been subjected to normal conditions of use and service, after said defect is confirmed by the Company’s inspection. We offer no warranty against chipping, scratching, or other external damage to the powdercoat finish.

Returns
OverBoards assemblies are sized to within 1/8" of your specifications, and are unique to each order. For "wall-to-wall" applications, OverBoards will be sized 1/8" less than your wall length. Main Panels requiring return will be refunded at 50% of the purchase price, with replacement panels provided at the full purchase price. End Caps and Corners that have not been installed are fully refundable. Please measure carefully! Please review each of the OverBoards assemblies described in this quotation. Thank you.

Product returns will not be accepted after 45 days of receipt, and will not be accepted once the product has been installed. Returned goods must be shipped prepaid. Contact us by email or call 1-800-835-0121 for product return instructions.

Shipping
All OverBoards orders are shipped UPS Ground, and we strive to keep your shipping costs as low as possible. Orders are processed and shipped within 3 weeks of receipt, or as product availability allows.
